Villa Casa Segunda was fully-renovated in 2021 to provide guests with the highest level of comfort.

 

The new double glazed windows enclosing robust mosquito nets, noise-proof doors, upgraded electrics and plumbing,

newly-fitted LED-colour-lights, 9 m swimming pool and an extension en suite, the villa will exceed even the highest expectations

for Spanish country relaxation. 

 

Outside, a large garden with artificial grass offers some outdoor games such as Basketball, Football, Table Tennis and Futbolin 

for the whole family to enjoy as well as a practice golf bunker for those getting ready for the course.

 

Private parking at the villa can accommodate 3 cars.

KITCHEN

Offering everything you need for preparing delicious meals, the kitchen at Villa Casa Segunda is comprised of all utensils

and necessities as well as brand-new appliances: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.

There are also safety devices in place such as:

first aid kit, fire blanket in the kitchen and smoke detectors throughout the villa.

This lovely open space offers a cold/warm AC Unit as well as a high-powered remote ceiling fan.

 

Enjoy a family evening lounging on 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas.  A rug, coffee table, Alexa, end table and TV/DVD unit

make for a restful evenings’ entertainment when you just need to relax.

And on cooler or rainy evenings, a 6 seater dining table offers a cozy evening in.

THE GARDEN

Outside the villa is a large private parking

area for up to 3 cars.

​

A washing machine and a tumble dryer can be found in the garage,

just behind the villa with a large rotary washing line, pegs and basket

as well as a good-sized gas BBQ.

​

And best of all… the large private pool with steps and LED multi-coloured lights will welcome

you any time during your stay - whether you are sunbathing on the large sun terrace,

enjoying a warm solar shower or cooling off in the evening after a glorious day of site-seeing.

​

There are many outdoor activities such as: Table Tennis, Football Goal, Basketball Net, Swing-ball, Giant Jenga and Noodles for the pool.

TERRACE

Relax and enjoy the days and evenings sitting on the large terrace where you will find comfortable seating, dining seating outside

and outdoor awning´s that block out the sun for a nice shaded area to sit. 

There is also a Futbolin table for everyone to enjoy.

CINEMA ROOM

New from January 2025, we offer you our renovated Cinema Room.

Our fully sound proofed comfy room is fitted with a surround sound system, comfortable seating, 86¨ 4K HD TV,

AC unit, ceiling fan, toilet and a small fitted kitchen, all ready to entertain you.

This is ideal if you've had enough sun and want to chill, relax and be cool.

The villa offers you the comforts of home as well as the holiday-in-the-sun feeling you get when

you just arrive to your destination in Spain.
